Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Available destinations

We currently ship to Colombia, the United States, Mexico, Ecuador and Peru. Availability may vary by region, postal code, transport restriction or local regulation.

2. Processing and estimated delivery

• Colombia: estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
• International orders: from approximately 3 business days.
• Timing begins after payment confirmation and may be extended by weekends, holidays, high demand, customs or remote destinations.

3. Rates, taxes and customs

Available shipping costs are displayed before payment. For international orders, duties, taxes or import charges are included only when Checkout expressly says so; otherwise, authorities or the carrier may charge them to the recipient.

Refusing customs charges may lead to return, abandonment or destruction of the parcel. Non-recoverable costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

4. Address, tracking and delivery

Review the recipient name, phone number and address before payment. After dispatch, changing the destination may not be possible. We provide tracking when the carrier makes it available.

An authorized person at the shipping address may receive the parcel. Keep your confirmation and tracking number.

5. Delays, loss or damage

If tracking stops updating, delivery substantially exceeds the estimate or the parcel arrives visibly damaged, email support@rawmindskin.com with your order number and available evidence. We will open the appropriate carrier investigation.

We may wait for an active carrier investigation to conclude before issuing a replacement or refund unless applicable law requires another remedy.

6. Failed delivery

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, repeated absence, lack of response or unjustified refusal, return and reshipping costs may apply. We will contact you about the available option.
