Terms and Conditions
Governs access to the website, purchases, payments, promotions and responsibilities related to RawMind.
1. Acceptance and seller identification
By using the site or completing a purchase, you accept these terms and the linked policies. If you purchase for another person or company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
RawMind Skincare is the trade name shown to customers. The selling legal entity, registered address and applicable tax information are identified in Checkout, the confirmation or the corresponding invoice.
2. Product and cosmetic nature
Barrier Recovery Cream is a cosmetic product for external use. Descriptions explain its intended cosmetic features and benefits, but they are not a promise of individual results and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
Images aim to represent the product accurately. Minor variations in colour, packaging or presentation may occur without changing its identity, contents or safety.
3. Prices, currency and taxes
Price and currency depend on the selected country. Before payment, Checkout displays the product amount and, where applicable, shipping, taxes or other charges.
Bank fees, currency conversion charges or import taxes not expressly included in Checkout may be charged by third parties and are outside RawMind's control.
4. Orders, acceptance and availability
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment confirmation and RawMind issues the corresponding confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order due to unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or a legal or logistics restriction; any amount collected will then be returned.
The buyer must provide complete, accurate information. RawMind is not responsible for delays or costs caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete details or failure to respond to the carrier.
5. Payment and security
Online payments are processed securely through ePayco in Colombia and Stripe in the other available markets. Available methods may vary by country, device and processor assessment. RawMind does not receive or store the complete card number.
A charge may be subject to fraud screening. An authorization or temporary hold does not by itself guarantee final order acceptance.
6. Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds
The Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy form part of these terms. Please review them before payment.
Nothing in these policies limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.
7. Promotions
Each promotion is subject to the dates, markets, inventory, products and conditions communicated with it. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retroactively.
8. Permitted use and intellectual property
The website, photography, text, visual identity, trademarks and other content belong to RawMind or are used with permission. They may not be copied, modified, resold or used commercially without written authorization.
You may not compromise the site, place fraudulent orders, interfere with other users, scrape data automatically or use content unlawfully.
9. Liability and force majeure
To the extent permitted by law, RawMind is not liable for indirect loss or delays caused by customs, carriers, disasters, conflicts, essential-service failures or other events reasonably outside its control.
Liability for a purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid for the related product unless applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Questions, applicable law and changes
Before starting a formal claim, email support@rawmindskin.com so we can seek a solution. Mandatory consumer laws in your place of residence will be respected where applicable.
We may update these terms. The version governing a purchase is the one published when the order was placed.
